South Jefferson Elementary School

South Jefferson Elementary School students 'Showed love to our Community' by helping those in need through donations made to Jefferson County Community Ministries. Students donated over 2,500 food items, weighing a total of 1,524 lbs. (Almost 400 pounds more than last year!) Our grade levels competed against each other to see who could collect the most. Third grade won, earning extra recess for a day! A HUGE thanks to our community for donating, and Cub Scout Pack 420 (pictured) who picked up the donations and delivered them. 💜
